School as a learning community in which there is interaction when
learning is not just for students, but educators and the entire community
there. This was disclosed by Parents of students who feel uncomfortable,

Sekolah adalah rumah kedua bagi siswa untuk memperoleh ilmu pengetahuan.
Pengetahuan yang diperoleh tidak hanya terbatas pada materi pembelajaran, malainkan
pengetahuan akan sikap jujur, tanggungjawab, disiplin, toleransi, religius,
gotong royong, dan social sensitive.
Sekolah menjadi garda terdepan untuk membentuk pribadi siswa menjadi pribadi
yang lebih baik. Kepribadian tersebut dapat tercermin melalui perilaku siswa
sehari-hari di lingkungan sekolah dan juga lingkungan sekitarnya.
Bercermin pada sistem pendidikan saat ini, sekolah hanya dijadikan
sebatas tempat untuk memperoleh materi pembelajaran, sedangkan pengetahuan akan
sikap/perilaku masih terasa belum diperoleh secara optimal oleh siswa. Sehingga
sikap/perilaku siswa di luar lingkungan sekolah jauh dari nilai-nilai karakter.
Banyak pengaruh yang bisa mempengaruhi sikap/perilaku, terutama lingkungan
pergaulan. Tetapi perlu dipertegas bahwa jika siswa memiliki sikap/perilaku positif
yang diperoleh melalui pendidikan di sekolah, maka tanpa disadari mereka akan
mengubah lingkungan sekitar menjadi lebih baik.
Apa yang dapat generasi penerus bangsa kita lakukan untuk menciptakan
generasi penerus bangsa yang lebih unggul di masa depan?
Apakah dengan sistem pendidikan saat ini akan menghasilkan generasi
penerus bangsa yang kompetitif ?
To realize the future generation with extensive knowledge and attitudes /
behaviors that character must build learning communities for the perpetrators
of education. Learning community is what will change and encourage the
inevitability of the occurrence of a change that emphasizes the relevance of
the demands of the times. By affirming the spirit of improving the quality of

Why should build a learning community?
1. Demands times today requires that we become a
person with special competence, especially to solve a variety of problems
(problem solving) and also capable of being personally pleased to work (team
work). The school system should ideally be able to realize the presence of
superior persons on students, educators involved in the school community as a whole.
2. Science will only flourish if you have the
synergy process (exchange of knowledge through discussion) in a community.
Every individual has the Explicit Knowledge is subjective and individuals. When
each individual did Sharing knowledge in the community, then there will be a
process of give and take science so that the ownership of knowledge will
experience a shift and every individual has the Tacit Knowledge that are more
objective and allow the emergence of new science development.
3. Interaction behavior will result in a mutation
of values and views that eventually formed Belief and Personality (Rheinald
Kasali). When we hang out / joining a school community that characterizes the
high work ethic, and be professional, then most likely there will be individuals
in the school community that holds and implement public service excellence.
Many heads are better than one head, for instance we want to take
decisions by consensus. So even if we want to build this nation for the better.
Need great people who devoted themselves to the education of the nation, not
make education a livelihood sideline. Principals, teachers, students, and other
educational elements should strive to transform themselves build quality. It
changes as a result of a learning process in earnest. Thus, when the school
system had not been changed for the better, ask the entire school elements
"Are you really learn?".
