Cara Menjadi Guru yang Cerdas dalam Mengorganisir



Anda mungkin memiliki ide-ide inovatif dalam pembelajaran dan cinta untuk mengajar, tapi jika salah satu urusan atau pekerjaan yang salah, contohnya adalah pekerjaan rumah, maka hal tersebut dapat dengan mudah mengganggu fokus Anda dan menurunkan efektivitas Anda. Keterampilan organisasi yang baik di dalam dan di luar kelas dapat membantu Anda mengelola dokumen dan berkonsentrasi pada materi yang Anda ajarkan kepada siswa. Hal ini juga membantu Anda menunjukkan kepada siswa bagaimana dan mengapa kita harus mampu membagi waktu dengan baik.

Berikut beberapa tips yang bisa diterapkan oleh guru agar menjadi guru yang terampil dalam mengorganisir siswa, diantaranya:

1.        Menerapkan Rekam Buku Virtual
Catatan dari masa lalu yang terlibat menghapus nomor, membuat koreksi dan menghitung nilai, teknologi sekarang membuat semudah mengklik mouse. Menjaga nilai siswa Anda di perangkat lunak atau aplikasi untuk komputer Anda atau tablet memungkinkan Anda dengan cepat menambahkan siswa baru ke daftar kelas Anda, mengisi nilai untuk tugas yang dikerjakan siswa dan menghitung nilai individual untuk siswa. 2.        Jauhkan Sistem Pengarsipan di Meja
Menggunakan sistem pengarsipan di meja Anda akan terkesan menumpuk dan membuat dokumen menjadi tidak tertata rapi. Terlebih dokumen yang sudah lama. 4.        Ajarkan Siswa Anda untuk Berorganisasi
Pada dasarnya, berorganisasi adalah kegiatan yang vital bagi setiap orang. Terlebih bagi siswa yang sedang menempuh pendidikan di sekolah. Berorganisasi dapat menjadi salah satu cara mendidik siswa agar dapat mempersiapkan mereka untuk bertanggung jawab dan berinisiatif terhadap masa depan mereka. Mereka bisa saja kuliah dan kerja. Menghabiskan waktu di kelas lebih baik dibarengi dengan pemberian motivasi kepada siswa untuk tidak menjadi pribadi yang individualis dengan menunjukkan sikap anti social sensitive. Siswa harus diberi arahan seperti bertanggung jawab terhadap pekerjaan rumahnya, catatan materi pembelajaran, persiapan ujian, dan sebagainya. Memberikan motivasi dan saran kepada siswa teentang arti penting berorganisasi dapat mendorong siswa untuk tetap semangat berorganisasi di sekolah.
